•If Accommodation requested is fewer than 7 days and includes a Friday and/or Saturday night, the Friday and Saturday night will incur a 30% surcharge. During peak periods the surcharge will be 60%.
•Booking priorities are; members weekly, then members weekend.
•Weekend bookings for guest unaccompanied by a member cannot be confirmed until 10 days before the requested date.
•All bookings for weekends and carry overs must be confirmed with the booking manager.
•Cancellations of confirmed bookings will incur a 20% handling charge. Cancellations before 8 weeks of booked date will receive an 80% refund, 6 weeks 30% and no refund if cancellatio is less than 6 weeks before the booked dates.
•The lodge is also available for booking during Summer and Autumn. Please note there may be working parties there during that time. (April holidays excepted)
•Full payment is required at time of booking.
